The Cooperative University of Colombia (UCC), our client and its allies, have trusted Clickactiva on several occasions, however, here we share one of the latest developments. We made the e-learning production for the project: Promotion of mental health in the work context for positive well-being and resilience. Three virtual learning objects were developed to be offered through the Brightspace LMS. The purpose was to articulate knowledge about mental health with the work context, to improve the quality of life and well-being at work.
The Cooperative University of Colombia (UCC) indicates that, "despite efforts to prevent and treat mental health problems, according to the World Health Organization (2000), the impact these have on productivity and working life of employees has been undervalued. The WHO has also estimated that 20% of the working adult population has some type of affectation associated with the subject, with depressive disorders being some of the most common. For this reason, the UCC designed this virtual training program since a greater understanding of the consequences of mental health problems on working life is necessary, as well as the development of adequate skills for their identification.
